01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eu9ph website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the eu9ph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

eu9ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eu9ph will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the eu9ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of the eu9ph Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of eu9ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from gambling on the eu9ph Platform.

eu9ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of eu9ph services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the eu9ph Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

eu9ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by eu9ph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eu9ph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. eu9ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify eu9ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

eu9ph supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• eu9ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed instantly; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank generally clear within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• eu9ph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

eu9ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all eu9ph bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. eu9ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• eu9ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method – will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the eu9ph Platform – including live casino tables, slot titles, Treasure Boat Fishing, Bingo, European Roulette Pro, and all sportsbook markets – are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

eu9ph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by eu9ph or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, eu9ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, eu9ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. eu9ph's decision in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eu9ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the eu9ph Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eu9ph staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the eu9ph Platform – including but not limited to the eu9ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of eu9ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the eu9ph Platform without the prior written consent of eu9ph.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eu9ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

eu9ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eu9ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, eu9ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

eu9ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your eu9ph account settings at any time.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

eu9ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may also choose to close your eu9ph account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. eu9ph operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through eu9ph's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

eu9ph's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to [email protected]. eu9ph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13 Amendments to These Terms

eu9ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where changes are material, eu9ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the eu9ph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
