01 Introduction

eu9ph ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses the eu9ph platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how eu9ph collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information in connection with your use of our website, mobile platform, and all associated services.

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Residential address, city, and province

• Nationality and country of residence

2.2 Identity Verification Data

• Copies of government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address documents (e.g., utility bills, bank statements)
• Selfie or liveness verification images where required for KYC
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML regulations

2.3 Financial Data

• GCash account number or PayMaya account details
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) where used for transactions
• Visa card details (card number, expiry, billing address) where applicable
• Transaction history, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and account balance records

2.4 Gaming & Behavioural Data

• Betting history, game session records, wager amounts, and game outcomes

• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including AML/CTF obligations, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and NPC data protection obligations.
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for eu9ph's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

06 Sharing Your Personal Data

eu9ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party service providers engaged to perform identity verification and document authentication as part of our KYC process.
• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and other payment service providers necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• AML and fraud screening providers: Compliance technology partners used to screen transactions and player profiles against sanctions lists and fraud databases.
• IT and platform service providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and platform infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

eu9ph retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Gaming and session records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each session.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw your consent, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, eu9ph will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

11 Children's Privacy

The eu9ph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. eu9ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

13 Updates to This Policy

eu9ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The most current version of this Policy will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes are material, eu9ph will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the eu9ph Platform after any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the eu9ph Terms & Conditions.
